I usally game at 1024x768. I am not into PC gaming in a huge way I am more of A hardcore 360 gamer but i do a lot of games development and i will want to check out some of the big DX 10 games.

The rest of my spec's are:

Windows Vista Home Premium (by the time i get the new GPU)
Intel Core 2  2.4Ghz VIIV
4GB DDR2 RAM
7900 G-Force (currently)
320GB HDD

So would a be better with the one with less RAM but higher specs in other area's or the other way around. I know RAM is important in A GPU but its not as important as other things and buying the one with the most RAM is something people often fall for.

HI all

OK I get Vista in a few weeks and allthough a will still mostlikley have my 7900 in my PC at the time i want to upgrade my GPU soon after. I have been looking at three of the 8800's. I ama bit confused as the cheep one with only 320MB RAM seams to have more power in other area but is still a lot less expensave. Could someone take a look at the three i am thinking of getting and give me some advice:

320MB: 320MB 8800

640MB: 640MB 8800

768MB:768 MB 8800

PS: My PC is a Dell DIMENSION 9200 which i got in November with 4GB RAM, 2.4GHz Duo etc. These GPU's are prity big has anyone had any problems fitting one to a PC around this size.

chears.

They said the American one was a pilot project. If it does well there it will come to Europe as well.

I agree with Ken it would be a great game for DS. If Nintendo have the time to put out crap like excite truck they can do this on DS.
