how accurate are we talking about ??? are we gonna be loading our own ammo round by round into the magazine??? have they considered adding weapon jams and executing immidiate drills ??? now we're just taking the fun out of the game
not ridiculing or saying u haven't, but try playing the series again on silent assassin mode...no saves, suspicon levels spike within seconds and map does not display enemy locations. sure, NPC's are scripted but the fun is actually executing the target and leaving the scene undetected and in the case of blood money, with your suit all in one fluid run. in all the time i spent playing the series, not once have i gone on a shooting rampage and leave the scene...that's what GTA is for =P
well, depending on the price and actual gameplay SHOWING what graphic improvements (PC) have been made will determine whether i get it day one or wait. never the less, it is an entertaining franchise. i may get it any way if i have finished all my other games =P
this may be off topic, but is the sniper challenege not going to be part of the actual game itself? once absolution is out, does that mean sniper challenege is no longer playable?
too late to convince others about it. This means that activision/treyarc will have to stop their annual released CoD games and spend 5 years creating something fresh...they won't do it. look at at how the battlefield franchise has evolved so mcuh. the change between bf 2 and bf3 is down right noticable and its paying well. oh, you think i'm a BF fan boy, what about the engines between crysis 1 and crysis 2, farcry 1 and farcry 2, whitcher 1 and whitcher 2, hitman contracts and hitman blood money (and hitman absolution) i can go on and list more.
point is, the longer you wait and work on developing a good engine, the better the reuslts and the consumers will be eager to sample your new products...like aged wine or whiskey if you think about it =D go hide like the zerg did and come back bgger and better than before =P
i could careless about his gaming skills. the fact that CoD has used the same engine since MW1 would not call my attention. nothing reallly new is presented each year. from what i've seen they're over-priced expansion packs. (wow, remember those !?!?!)
