@fenbops: The not enough females in the movie argument shouldn't really have any bearing on whether a movie is good or not. I didn't understand that "strike" either. I'm Hispanic, and I don't get all bent out of shape if there aren't "enough Mexicans" in a movie. Why the hell would I care? They either didn't think to do that or didn't want to.
They casted exactly the amount of females they needed to for this movie, which is whatever friggin' number they felt was right for the movie.
I understand people not digging on the first person perspective. Different people have different preferences. I know I'd be taken aback if they made something like a Devil May Cry exlusively in 1st person. I usually prefer my melee focused games in 3rd person.
It seems anytime developers program for both 1st and 3rd person views within the same game either one or the other doesn't come out quite right. To me, when it's implemented all half-assed, it looks like you're moving the world around the character when it needs to be the other way around. They already said they won't be adding 3rd person, but it wouldn't bother me a bit if they added it in there. What do I care, I just won't use it (unless I find out it's actually fun to use).
@xnshd: Right there with you man. I get it, I'm a realist. CD Project Red is one of those very few developers you can actually trust though. They know exactly what they're doing, the visuals will be there.
@xnshd: Honestly, the graphics seem to be slightly above the latest Deus Ex game anyway. I like the way the game looks, it looks great. However, the visual fidelity they showed there isn't too far beyond what we already see today. I'm just going by what I actually see, and I've seen visual fidelity on par with what the demo showed me.
