They already revealed themselves, just not to all of us. Some of us are just not ready I guess, btw here's a better quality of that link Phil's death was pretty suspicious and some of this stuff he talks about like secret underground bases actually makes sense as he goes into lots of detail about that.

As for why their coming all the way here for, well most of the abduction stories have the same story that they take your sperm and make an alien hybrid, maybe combining our DNA to theirs unlocks powers we haven't unlocked yet (don't forget we only use 15% of our minds).
