Nope, that was the first batch of Headsets, the ones out now are fine. The voice clarity is great, it's lightweight, comfy, WIRELESS (obviously) and it's a breeze to connect. The one problem is that you can't use it while charging it, but if you charge everytime you stop using it, you should be fine.
