No. People develop differently. The AVERAGE person's score would remain constant throughout their life, but no one is that average person, and everyone's result would change somewhat even on a perfectly accurate test. Also, your claim that education and IQ are independent is wrong; a good education provides intellectual stimulation and consequently intellectual growth. Nah. Your actual IQ is set very early in development, and it stays pretty much the same for life. You might score differently by a couple of points, but nothing too significant. And the notion that education can actually give you more brain power is frankly utter nonsense. Education can give you an outlet to use you intelligence on - it can sharpen what you've already got - but it won't actually give you more of it. Rubbish. Given that IQ tests are a function of your IQ in relation to the average IQ of your age group, what you are saying implies that everyone develops are the same rate, which is known to be untrue.
