@thatguy_b I don't see how you save on games with a PC, unless you download them illegally, but this doesn't really help devs think the PC should have attention... If you were talking about steam prices, it's the same on consoles. I bought Mortal Kombat for 3$ on a PSN sale, same for LOTR-WITN, same for Alice Madness Returns, same for Hitman. And most games become free after some time if you have PS+, which is 4$/month for more than 20 full game (and good ones, we just got BioShock Infinite) plus all the PSN games (about 50 PSN games per year).
Darn, I really need to get my hand on a PS4. Right now I "buy" them (the free PS+ PS4 titles) on the PS Store (PC version). I'm building myself a stack of free PS4 games, lol. When I'll have mine (surely next summer, as I should buy one right now.. or my grades will go down at the university), I'll have plenty of games to play! ^_^ Outlast looks amazing.
Slim graphics differences? lol. It's not slim at all. I'm studying software engineering and we had about 2 hours of class on both consoles' architectures (in a class of system's architectures). The difference is enormous... to say the least, especially when devs don't have the time to recode everything to use the XBO's cache memory...
I tried the game at BestBuy a couple of days ago (they have XBO in demo with reps playing Forza), and frankly, it's not looking good at all. The spectators still have 3 animations (sit, up, up with hands clapped), the same as right now. The flags where stiff, not event trying to emulate wind (like they are made in metal). The game graphics are not that much better than actual Forza. Still, the gameplay was better (I prefer GT over Forza, but this one was better than the older Forza), and I really liked the feeling you get from the controller when playing it (rumble in the L2/R2 buttons (or how they are called on xbox)). But frankly, it's surely a nice game, but it's NOT a game that should sell the console. I'll play GT6 instead (I have both current gen consoles).
