June 1st, 2010. My Sister bought Alan Wake for me, thank's sis (i'll change the money soon :P) It's my 9th game on 2010

I finished the first episode last night, i grab all the manuscripts, listen to the radio, and watch the Night Springs. All i can say is, this game is great! I like the dark atmosphere, the realistic characters, great storytelling with Alan's naration, superbly responsive control, and simple and effective gameplay. The miniseries effect give a nice touch to this great game. 9/10 so far.

I'm still playing Red Dead Redemption, some glitches and bugs start to get on my nerve. I lost my horse twice without any reason, i hogtie an enemy but i can't carry it. I know it's not a big deal but...it can be annoying.

I'm currently watching NCIS season 5 on FOX, like FOX always said, it's US's no. 1 drama! I'm downloading some great tunes from Avril Lavigne and Lenka. The hype of Justin Bieber is coming to Indonesia, so i try to listen one of his single, BABY...oh my God...this gay thing is not my stuff (sorry for all Bieber's fan)

after 2 years playing Dead Space, i'm finally beat it on the highest difficulty setting, IMPOSSIBLE. I beat it on Wednesday and i earned my Epic Tier 3 Engineer achievement. I'm very relieve after i killed the Hive Mind. It's a thrilled ride. It can be fun and very frustating at the same time. But, just like Adidas's slogan said, Impossible is Nothing :D

I bought Red Dead Redemption yesterday but i havent play it. I'm too busy preparing and celebrating my old man's birthday. Gamespot rated it 9.5, it's gonna be fun.

2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is about to come. Me and my bro celebrate it early with EA Sports latest game, 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa.

It's a very nice football simulation. Nice graphics (despite some clunky, low frame rate videos), beautiful presentation, great gameplay, loud and clear audio, and nice commentator make this game absolutely great.

Newsflash, pirated Alan Wake's copy is on the store now, here in Indonesia, 6 days before Gamestop put a price tag on it. I haven't try it, i'll wait until the official release date :D

I'm currently play Dead Space on impossible. I'm on chapter 8 now. It's really intense and fun to deal with these powerful necromorphs!

Vanessa Carlton's Heroes and Thieves, Hands on Me, and Nolita Fairytale are currently on my playlist. Fantastic musics. Love her cute voice so much :P

Last, i finally leave Mozilla Firefox and using Google Chrome. I like it, sleek, simple, it still have some flaws like no themes manager or option to never save history but i still like it.

I'm currently using the K-On! theme, so cute! :D

It's been a while since my last blog. I've been very busy at work so i can't be too active like i used to be (sigh...) but i still very active on gaming!

My 6th new game for this year, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction.

I'm a new guy for this series and lucky for me, i'm not paying attention to it until 2009 so i'm not with the fans that patiently waiting for this game since 2007 :) Splinter Cell: Conviction is sure a solid stealth action game. I love the story (and the way the sory told), simple and fun gameplay, and nice graphics. I'm on my 2nd playthrough, it's not a long game, it only last for about 8 hrs (for a new guy like me on normal difficulty setting) but there are still a lot to do with this game. I'm playing the co-op story with my bro and reach level 4. I'm also playing hunter mission on Deniable Ops. It's an awesome game, 9/10!

I don't watch anime or movie lately, I'm even too busy to breath! I just collect some new musics. I'm currently happy to hear some old musics from Coldplay like Shiver, In My Place, Clocks, God Put a Smile Upon Your Face, Speed of Sound, The Scientist, and Fix You. I love Coldplay and their calming music. I also hear some good tunes from Kelly Clarksson such as My Life Would Suck Without You, Already Gone, and Since U Been Gone. She'll come to Indonesia but i can't watch it :cry: last, i download Wavin' Flag by K'naan. If you don't recognize it, it's the original version of Coca-Cola celebration campaign ad for 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. It's a lovely song, i like it a lot!

My gaming world start with the Nintendo Entertainment System. My father bought it when i was around 5. I didn't understand video game at that time so i only watch my brother play Mario Bros. on it (and he's very good on it). I'm start to play a little when i reach elementary school. Mario Bros, 1942, Road Rage, Pac-Man. I'm suck on everything :P

My Gaming World stay in hiatus for a long time until My father decided to bought me and my brother the Sony Playstation when i'm about 12. It's really the true start of my gaming world. From the uninteresting 2D NES to advance 3d gaming Sony Playstation, i realized that video game is awesome! Racing genre is my first favorite genre. Toca 2, Ridge Racer 4, Need For Speed: High Stakes, Rollcage, Gran Turismo 2, and Crash Team Racing are my favorites on Playstation. But the best game on Playstation for me is Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped :P

Done with the Playstation, my father challenged me to get a good rate on school in order to get me the Sony Playstation 2. I beat him and i got my Sony Playstation 2 when i was around 14. It's awesome!!! This black box is the true entertainment system. I'm continue my interest on racing genre on PS2. Gran turismo 3 A-spec, Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, NFS: Underground, NFS: Underground 2, NFS: Most Wanted, and NFS: Carbon are my favorite racing game on PS2. Not just racing genre. I'm expanding my interest to action/adventure genre. Prince of Persia series, Tomb Raider: Legend, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, and Devil May Cry 3 are some examples.

When i'm on college, my friend introduce me to PC gaming. My first FPS is Call of Duty (this is why i'm a CoD fanboy), and thank's to CoD, FPS become the best genre for me. I don't have a good PC (just a standard Toshiba Satelite TabletPC) so i don't buy advance FPS. I play old title like Medal of Honor: Allied Assaut and Command & Conquer: Renegade. I try to play FPS on console. Black is my first FPS on console. It's so hard to aim with right analog but i keep learning. Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 3, Urban Chaos: Riot Response, Medal of Honor European Assault, Medal of Honor: Vanguard and Killzone are some of my FPS on PS2. Too bad my PS2 broke. It start to be picky. It can't play newer game.

2007, on my birthday, My parents bought me the Microsoft XBOX 360. Taking me to the next-gen video gaming. I'm thrilled with the outstanding visual and the awesome controller. I'm continue buying FPS, 3rd person shooter, and racing game. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Bioshock 1, Bioshock 2, The Darkness, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 1 & 2, F.E.A.R., F.E.A.R. 2, Medal of Honor: Airborne, Battlefield: Bad Company, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Halo 3, and halo 3: ODST are some of the greatest FPS for me.

On this console, for the first time i play Grand theft Auto, the GTA IV, and for the first time too, i play action RPG with Mass Effect 2 and Fallout 3 and, i get to know survivor horror genre with Dead Space. But of course, the greatness of this console is just as great as its failure engineering. RRoD hit it and at last the famous E74 error kill it. No Microsoft service center here in Indonesia so no waranty, no trade-in, nothing. But i still love this console so i bought the 2009 Jasper GPU powered Micosoft XBOX 360 Arcade. It still working quite well until now, and i wish forever :D

So, that's my gaming history. I missed so many great title i know it. Never play FFVII, Call of Duty 2, 007: Goldeneye, Doom, Castlevania, Resident Evil 4, Silent Hill, or Zelda: the Ocarina of Time but i still have a lot of fun! And i still saving for my plan to get the Sony Playstation 3 next year, wish me luck :D

It's Battlefield: Bad Company 2. A great game from EA DICE.

My 5th game this year, superb graphics, cool story, simpler control, and more linear campaign. Everything that make Call of Duty the best FPS ever is on this game! Great FPS! Although it's not as funny as the first Bad Company, it still a very great game. Can't wait for the 3rd :D

But, this game made me thinking, what Modern Warfare gonna do against Bad Company? Since Infinity Ward no longer making the game, i'm not sure the new studio can make Modern Warfare as good as Infinity Ward. I'm affraid, only hype can save Modern Warfare 3 from Bad Company 3.

Not just Modern Warfare vs Bad Company, EA and Activision will fighting on historic FPS too with Medal of Honor and Call of Duty 7 (both working title). Although it will never as big as MW vs BC, i'm sure both will fight their best. I have a high hope for both games.

Third blog for this year, and my first Blog in the new Tiger Year! I had a very great celebration with all my family yesterday. The food, the fun, the atmosphere, Chinese New Year is always the greatest day for me. Too bad, Indonesian government didn't extend the holiday :P

On last Friday, i'm finally get Bioshock 2 and there's nothing i can say but "awesome!"

i only on my first 4 hrs but i know that 2K Marin did a very good job bringing all the greatness of the first game and add even more enjoyable things to the new game. I like it very much! it's a 9.5/10 for me so far.

I'm still reading Black Lagoon and i'm currently trying to get the anime.

Last, i'm currently addicted with Dream Theater's Surrounded and Rie Fu's Tsuki Akari.

So, ifinished my third game of this year, Mass Effect 2. Mass Effect 2 is no doubt a masterpiece. A great shooter with anamazing touch of RPG elements. Probably my GOTY 2010 but i'll wait until i play Bioshock 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction. I finished my first playthrough on 20+ hrs, i skip some side missions cause i'm curious with the story. I won't say i'm good on Mass Effect 2 but i did my best and still...i got a very bad result...i lost 4 of my comrades!!! :cry: I'll try again on my 2nd playthrough. I wish i could get better result after the suicide mission this time:D

I finished readthe last edition of Yotsuba&! Now i'm currently reading Black Lagoon. Nice manga, a little hard to understand on the action scenes but it have very interesting characters and the story is pretty much solid so far.

Last, i'm currently listening to some of my favorite j-pops

Okay, suddenly i want to write something this morning...i have finished both my new games. Army of Two: the 40th Day and Halo 3: ODST, both great.

Now i'm currently playing Gears of War 2 from the beginning again. Best 3rd person shooter yet in my opinion. I realized that Army of Two copy some nice elements from gears universe. The ruin of Shanghai seems inspired from the ruin of Ilima or Jacinto, Army of Two's heavy gear enemy look exactly like Grinder, Boomer, and Flamer (but tougher to beat), even both Tyson and Salem talk the same way like Marcus and Dom, i laugh when Tyson say "nice" when he take a gun from a dead guy, just like Marcus. But of course Army of Two still have its own uniqueness like aggro, mock surrender, co-op choises, and fluid automatic cover.

I'm finished reading Azumanga Daioh, it's pretty short but it's amazing. Now, i read another masterpieceby Kiyohiko Azuma, Yotsuba&! (don't ask about the title, i don't understand it either :P). Still a seriously funny manga. It doesn't make me lmao yet but i believe it will.

I also waiting for the continuation of Yu Aida's Gunslinger Girl manga. Someone need to push him (or her?) to publish it faster. The last chapter put me in a cliffhanger situation. This is the greatest mature manga and anime beside Elfen Lied and i really curious for the next!

Last, i'm currently nod my head while listening to Rage Against The Machine's Killing In The Name, Limp Bizkit's Rollin, Limp Bizkit's Take a Look Around, and a little easy listening with Coldplay's Fix You. Awesome musics.

so, it's my first blog in 2010. It's near the end of January and everything goes smoothly for me. My gaming world starts with Army of Two: The 40th Day. Just like the first, it's a great co-op game. Stunning graphics, fun, simplifiedgameplay, and lots of intense firefight. Too bad the campaign is short and the story is just...well...nothing.

Second game in 2010 is Halo 3: ODST. I'm too late for this game but i'm really glad my bro bought this for me. It's awesome. Great story, awesome new hero (i like Rookie!), and great gameplay. I'm dissapointed with Halo 3 but ODST is just awesome

Currently, i'm reading Azumanga Daioh by Kiyohiko Azuma, it's freaking hilarious! It's been so long since i laugh so much on a manga. It's a manga that tell a story of 6 junior high school students and their teachers. Sometimes it stupid but most of all, it's funny

I'm starting watching Kamichu! again. Great anime. Nice story, unique, likeable, lovely characters, and awesome, detailed animation.

And i'm currently hearing 21 Guns by Greenday and 3 A.M. by Matchbox Twenty, awesome musics.
