Yesterday I went to Stafford for the sunday bands of the 2 day music Vfestival! These bands were playing and it was brilliant. We got there about 2pmish cos we didn't want to see an of the early bands, though I did wanna meet bloc party in the signing tent but the Queue was far too long and they were gonna go soon when we got there.

We watched the start of Kula Shaker then we wandered around for a while, I got a vfestival pack thing with program, times and bag. And a amazing radiohead t-shirt!

At 4:35 we went to the Vstage to see Bloc Party who were fantastic though I was sad they didn't play Plans:(

5:45 We are scientists were due on but they came on late, we watched a few of their songs, During nobody move, nobody gets hurts Russel from Bloc Party came on and played guitar with them.

We went to get some traditional Vfest food (Noodles that we don't like) and watched some of Keane.

At 7:10 Regina Spektor was on who I have been DYING to see, She was in the Virgin Mobile Union which is tiny. I was right at the front only one person was infront of me. She was so shy and embarssed it was quite sweet! But she was amazing and did all her songs on her own. She played Apres Moi, Better, Samson, Us, On the radio and 2 from Mary Ann.

We then wandered over to see some Beck who were putting on a fantastic show with a puppet for each member of the band who were playing with the band. Beck did a verse of Radiohead's creep too. During the main set and encore a video was played of the puppets around the festival, you saw them meet some people, go to the festival toilets/urinals, go on some rides and crash Radiohead's dressing room:P Good thing Beck and Radiohead are good friends.

Now it's headline time. Tough decision. Radiohead or Kasabian. Radiohead won and they were due on at 9:10 but came on late. They started off with Airbag which was fantastic. Soon followed by 2+2=5, National Anthem, My Iron Lung, Morning Bell, Fake Plastic Trees, The Bends, then 2 new songs which were slow but very good!, The gloaming which is my fave off Hail to the Thief however it hurt my ears but was still amazing, Then Paranoid Android kicked in (always a fave) Another new one, Pyramid Song, then someone procedded to annoy Thom Yorke in the front row and caused him to swear at them just before Lucky, Just, Idoteque (Which I danced like crazy too! Thom danced aswell) And finally street spirit. It was encore time and they did You and Whose Army where Thom was making funny faces into the camera above his Piano making everyone laugh, Some Karma Police and then Everything in its right place and everyone minus Johnny went off. After a while Thom came back and went "Guess what?" and Creep kicked in! No for none Radiohead fans I will explain they rarely play this. I think there has been a handful of times in the past few years. So this was amazing (Most of it can be seen in the video)

Ok I went to emily's birthday party on friday... Now this was interesting as it was fancy dress but she chose what were to be. I wwas dorothy but the outfit fell through so I ended up going as a gangsta! So here's some pics and vids from it:

I've been having a bad time since my last update, o 2 weeks ago now? Well Ben didn't come round, me and Rach went to see stormbreaker instead. Now the main reason was cos the main lad is fit. No denying it he is gorgeous. My words to Rach after the film had finished, "Well my love for him can not stray me from the fact that was the worst thing I have ever watched" It really was terrible. Don't watch it. Unless you're just wanna look at him then sure pay a fiver. Rubbish movie.

Didn't go Birmingham either. Went bowling though. I am the champion. 3 games. I won number 1 and 3. Lost gloriously on number 2. Won number by like 40 points, I was into the 100s. Lost 2 by about 20, i was in the 60s. One by another 20 odd points on the 3rd, in the 90s this time 8) Go me! And we both won a game of pool then sat and chatted for a while. Tried to find the park, er failed. Found grass and played some ds. Lost and drew a game of mario kart and metroid respectively.

I also went to see Pirates again with John. Good film, and I pointed out the locket! Anyone have any clue what I am going on about?

I got 2 new games as well. Soul Calibur III and Dragon Quest. I played soul calibur 3 till 3am of that day. On chronicle 8 or something on the custom character one, and I have completed the other mode with the real characters with about 5 different characters. I have a ninja and a sage and the story one a custom Ninja and Sage again. The Ninjas are very good. Dancers are rubbish. Dragon Quest is very fun. Currently going to get the venus tear but made a detour to the ruined abbey for metal slime hunting! Killed one, saw 3 today. *Sigh* Angelo is kick ass. I love him a lot! Overall loving both the games:) Had them for about a week now.

Today a funny thing happened, I'm sitting here and I want to play sonic. On the mega drive. So I leave my room and go to my mum's room which is adjacent to the stairs
Me: I am going to play sonic
Mum: Hmm
Me: On the mega drive
Now my mum used to play this for hours when it came out so she came down with me and we got to the casino level before she got annoyed and we died too much and got a proper game over:( Still fun.

Wow this is turning out to be long again. Anyway I think one or two more things. Me and Bri have been going through a very rough patch lately and at the moment we are currently split. Some of my old amigos may remember him, (Black_Waltz_3) Tomorrow he is coming round to discuss things with me but basically this has put through a lot in the past 2 weeks and there have been a few days where I have done nothing but cried.

Now on to good things! Laputa was on TV today! This is one of my fave films, I love Miyazaki films but this is just fantastic. I love it so much.

Yea I have no clue what to call this journal entry... It would be update but I think I have a few of them already so nah...

Anyway so whats new with me? Hmmm when did I last update... Ah ok.

So on the 3 days of school the following things happened:

On monday we had a business enterprise day. In the morning we did this traiding thing with the world bank and making shapes. We won cos we made the most money:D In the afternoon we made a shoe, we didn't win that but look how cool it is! At lunch time that day we made a lost character interview, its kinda crazy but if you wanna watch it, it can be seen on www.myspace.com/dreamyourlifeaway I would small link it but GS is being retarded and putting it as gamespot.com/profile=yardeyar, the video is the bottom one.

 On tuesday we had a outdoor activities day, we did rock wall climbing (I got about half way after the initial struggle) fencing (omg so cool) team builiding, parachute and biking. Was very fun, plus another excuse to get out of lessons.

Wednesday was final day, very unexciting. It was far too hot, very close to 40C outside. It was awful near the end of the day.

Since then what have I been doing? Good question.

On friday I saw Bri, I didn't realise he could play the guitar a bit, he played some chillis and tried to learn plug in baby by muse ( Who I am going to see 10th November!) He did pretty well actually, better than me.

Saturday night I was talking to Ben online and he invited me to a friend of a friends BBQ, so I said I'd go if he text me the details tomorrow. We finally got everything sorted at about 12:30, meet at bus station at 1:30, so I check the bus time, ****!!!! Next and only bus before we are meant to meet 12:46! I was still in my PJs at this point with no idea to wear and mum was doing the hmm im not comfortable with this. In the end i ran out of the house with no make-up on. Got town at 1 so hung round gamestation for a while talking to Adam, Sam and Dave. Adam and Sam made me laugh a lot cos they were very drunk from the night before. Eventually Ben turned up 10 mins late after getting pounced upon woman as he walked past the next sale:P Went to Js house, whose friend's party we were going to, waited for an extra 10 mins for Dave. Turns out this house is near me, off X road, same road my house is off. When we got there it turns out the house is 2 streets away from mine. My best friend lives opposite her so I'd rushed for nothing really. But had fun, had food, made film, Ben good girl gone wild.

Today I'm just chilling. Bit poorly to be honest, can't work out if its the food yesterday and or lady pains. Either way tablets!

Tomorrow I was meant to be seeing Yingying but shes got a job interview, so think Ben is coming round to play some games/dvds you know. Wednesday think I'm going Birmingham with him so that'll be coool.

So all this week I've had no school but I have had work, which is strange cos no job and all. :P It was work experience at school so we had to go get a taste of the working life.

My opinion?

BRING ON WORK!

I went to Gamestation and I've had such a good time. Long hours, bit tedious work but still so fun. Everyone is super nice and cool! All have good music taste too. I knew I had found my home when Radiohead and Muse were discussed. I've just done basic stuff all week like pricing, putting stuff out, putting games in bags, putting games in boxes etc, but its still cool. And we dressed up as pirates today!!! :D My hat kept blowing off though cos there was a breeze which was very annoying. And I had sword. I actually have a very attractive picture of Adam in all the pirate gear (hat, eyepatch, ear-ring, sword) I wanted a picture of Ben in his cos he put an earring on with an eyepatch and then his glasses over the eyepatch. Made me laugh for so long.

Went cinema with Rach, Beth and Charlotte after work too, Fast and the furious, is pants. Speaking of pants. Do woman not wear trousers in Japan?! Everyone had a mini skirt, then we saw some girls who should of been extras in it after we came out.

So back to school on monday for 3 days, yay, not. Oh well. Summer holidays soon!

O yea btw I start working as an employee of gamestation in september/october :P

Long time no update, I was gonna update on thursday night however I was soooo insanely tired. I did my GCSE statistics exam on thursday. I think it went pretty well:) I won't get my results till 24th August though. Long time yet but o well. Went shopping afterwards, got 2 new tops, necklace, choc, badge.

Speaking of necklaces I have lost my one off Bri! :cry: I am broken hearted. I love it so much. I've had it for nearly a year now. :( I'm so sad.

I stayed at my mum's bf house this weekend with his 2 children (thats why I haven't been online) It was Emily's birthday on Saturday so we went blackpool to the pleasure beach. It was fun, still prefer Alton Towers though. Lots.

Si si:P Its means its hot, well its doing hot. We did the weather in spanish this week so i put it to use!

So whats my week been like?

One word: hot. Indeed it has it hasn't stopped being boiling hot all week, its kinda nice cept by the fact my school uniform makes it unbearable. However yesterday at school we had a charity marathon. I did 2 miles, 3rd and 22nd mile. I ran the 3rd on my own then got a little tan/burn then we needed more people so I did a 3 legged with Vicki. We actually ran a bit of the mile. And only tripped a few times. Didn't have to go to first 3 periods either! Yays.

Was my old school summer fair last night. Went and saw my Year 5 and 6 teacher and another year 6 teacher I really liked, they remember me:P Woo.

Vicki and Ray came round last night for a Poland room reunion. We watched Howl's Moving Castle and I have decided I am going to marry Howl, have a baby Markl and have a fire demon named Calicfer. Ray and Vicki played on KH2 this morning while I was in the shower too and they had fun on that. Vicki says she gonna go home and complete it.

Today is very hot again. Been in the garden sunbathing/revising. Come out for a bit now cos I have to go nans.

What else? We are doing a world cup sweep stake in my form and I got Brazil! My 2 best mates got France and England. And everyone else (cos its a small form but a lotta teams) got really rubbish teams. Hahah! We got the only semi-decent ones. Steph got Poland which was kinda cool.

O yea my net hates me too:( Keeps poofing. Damn you.

I am currently on half term holidays, only one more bulk of 6 weeks to go then 6 weeks off. American types people, us english have different term time than you so no OMG you break up so late cos I have like 6 weeks off in the year:P

I went shopping on monday, I got some socks, 2 naruto mangas, choc, 2 headbands and 3 hairclips. The hair stuff was £21! but they are muy bonito. All sparkly and jewely! O.o

I defeated sephiroth yesterday too! Me so happy. I didn't actually expect to win seeing as I ran into one of his attacks... Thought I'd die however I hit him round teh head and won. I must now gain that other little percents. Gah, damn olympus and moogle. Yeah dont "Kupo" me!

I have teh evil physics coursework to do this week>_< Gah I hate physics. Its evilness.

School Update:

Well I got my spanish back 87/100. I'm head over heels in love with Mr Darcy after watching Pride and Prejudice. Hes so lovely and adorable. Actually all 50 odd of us who are watching it are:P I counted how many fictional guys I fancy. Its 11. And I'm sure I missed a few :oops: All the year 11s are on stand down so my year is the oldest year. I feel really old. I can't believe I finish next year. Scary. This week is gonna be kinda skivey cos wednesday 3/4 of the year are doing a PE GCSE, thursday all but about 40/50 people are out on a history trip and friday is a charity run where anyone who runs has the day off (Thats me!) I'll die though. 2 miles?!

Gaming update:

Still getting my butt kicked by seph. 2% to go now *sigh* So annoying. But I'm gonna get 100% just for pride reasons! I played some Final Fantasy IX today. O I love this game so much! Hmm... I think I should add Zidane to my list. No physical attraction but hes so adorable:P Its well cute. Did the desert palace, I love Kuja (He is on my list) but I hate that place, mainly cos I'm usually stuck with a very magic based party and its annoying. 2 white mages annoy me.

Well I went to see Radiohead last night. They were amazing. There new songs are beautiful. I'm so tired but I had such a wonderful time. Thom seemed in a happy mood too. He was very talkative. I've seen them once before and they were better this time. This was my 16th concert.

We went to blackpool and stayed the night so we did some shopping. 3 tops, 1 jacket, 1 pair of jeans, 3 pairs of knickers, 2 headbands, 1 pen and 1 iPod case.

I got my Stats and IT results back too.

Stats: 79, A, 2 marks off an A* >_< Still really good!

IT: 72! Best in class, Year average 51, class average 57, best in year 78. Go me.
