I am, I also get this feeling that it's going to be a standalone game rather than a series. I don't know why, but it just seems that way. The Last of Us isn't exactly a name that rolls off the tongue, so a "The Last of Us 2" (sounds wrong) or "The Last of Us: subtitle" doesn't seem likely. Also The PS3 is nearing the end of it's cycle with the next gen coming around with rumours of the Playstation 4 and next xbox coming late next year or the year after that. They could release this self-contained standalone game and then move onto another new IP on the new system.

Apparently, a second team at Naught Dog is developing LOU

I think it's more like they had the Uncharted 2 team working on The Last of Us, and they had the second team work on Uncharted 3.

perhaps your picture link was already a deleted link? that could be the problem.ycdeo
Nope the link still works
Have you tried posting with the WYSIWYG editor turned off?silentexistence
Yes, and I still get errors. Poor form on Gamespot's part. Literally no other website I use gets errors anywhere near as much as this.

When I try to use the insert image tool I get this:

A blank space. It doesn't even show up in the "message:" box where I'm typing.

When I try to use BBcode via the [ img ]imageurl[ /img ] (without the spaces), I get:

Errors:

-Your HTML is not well formed - please check for unclosed tags.

-If you are copying from a word processing software, try pasting the text into a plain text editor (e.g., Notepad) first.

-If problems persist, try disabling the WYSIWYG editor in your preferences.

And I just had to type all of that manually because when I tried to copypaste it I got a heap of errors.

The thing is that I've checked my HTML and it is perfectly formed. There are no unclosed tags. I wasn't copying from a word processing software, even when i type out the links manually it still doesn't work.

The thing that annoys me the most is that all of it shows up perfectly in the preview. It doesn't make sense.

It doesn't happen all the time, but I do get it quite regularly in the Gamespot AU board. Is this going to be fixed?

Sim racing definitely Gran Turismo 5. Arcade racing definitely Burnout Paradise. If we can go to PS2 games then Burnout Revenge.

Killzone 2 used it pretty well. Apart from the valve turning (which did feel forced) I thought it's implementation in sniper rifles was excellent. You could either hold the controller completely still to focus aiming via the right analog stick or use the tilt to your advantage.

[QUOTE="charizard1605"]This has to do with Zelda, doesn't it?nameless12345

Well, you could say it was a motivation to make the thread but I also like to question things like that :)

I mean, 7.5 for SS and a 10 for Tony Hawk 3 on the PS2? Really GS? :P

I really hope you're not serious. THPS3 was like 9 years ago. Standards change, and so do reviewers.

The link issue is a known bug. You can work around it using BBcode. Not sure what the image problem is though.dab198
Is this going to be fixed? I get so many errors whenever I try to post on Gamespot, this never happens on other sites

IGN never said it was perfect. They even put a lengthy definition of their 10/10 (Masterpiece) at the end of the written review.

Console graphics "king". Many PC games look better.

h575309

While I do agree PC is obviously better. To the naked eye Uncharted 3 wins every time.

Im currently playing it now. Unsurprisingly, it looks amazing. Just not as amazing as The Witcher 2 and BF3.

It's not just the looks, it's about the physics and effects. I doubt (just taking an informed guess here) that Witcher 2 or BF3 has fire effects or water that comes close to what's in Uncharted 3. Granted there's not many place to show it off though. Also the graphics get seriously amazing in Yemen and horses.
