@na_dawg_12 oh, what a unique and revealing opinion :/
This isn't about the cost of XBL. It's about nickel and dimming customers, for services that should be free, and is indeed free on other competitor consoles.
Argue all you like about what console/PC is better, but the fact of the matter is, PS3/Wii U/PC lets you access all of the features of the game you bought, without having to pay Microsoft for the privilege to do so.
PS+ costs £11 for 90 days, and some of the free games you can download include: Bioshock 2, LittleBig Planet 2, Infamous 2, Mortal Kombat (the latest one), VanQuished, and Uncharted (if you own a Vita).
@Salt_AU access to some free games, cloud space to put save data on, access to games early (like the article said, PS+ users got journey a week early), and special discounts on the store.
i'm sure i am missing some, so just give it a google.
people keep using this argument to justify buying into a scam, but as far as i can see, the PS3 does everything and is free: It connects to the internet, it streams movies/tv, it has a voice chat, friend features, achievements and lets you access 100% of your game you bought, all for free.
