I think there would be difficulties fitting Crysis onto a DVD, for starters. All those people who say the Blu-Ray Disc for PS3 is useless are going to get kicked in the head when they realise that, if only developers put the time and effort in, instead of glueing together lazy ports, they could get Crysis on PS3 looking as good as on the PC.XBOX 360 would run Crysis, just with some compromises. But, I still believe that the chip in the windscreen of XBOX 360 that will inevitably become a very large crack, is Microsoft's decision to fit games onto a DVD. Whoops! Agree or disagree with me if you must.

You should probably contact Sony or Microsoft, or your TV manufacturer about this. It depends on what TV you have, like if it's LCD, Plasma or CRT, etc. The only way you could tell from home is to actually try it, but, you don't seem like the kind of person to throw caution to the wind so carelessly, so, unless someone else on these forums can help you out, contact some kind of customer services.
If you want my opinion on this, I don't see why paring up your consoles would affect your TV, unless that past experience you've had whereby your X Box 360 messed up your TV happened to your current TV, then, obviously, don't put the consoles close to your TV. Hope I helped!
And, y'know why that is? Because nobody can re-make them without them turning out a dodgy, poor, unfinished, unpolished nightmare.
Leave them to the original versions. Certainly, a remake might provide some nostalgia...
Bad nostalgia, maybe. For example, spending the night getting drunker than a beer barrel , then playing an old game can't be a good experience. Point is, focus on the future.
