Vamp VS Raiden

I was reading some text on MGS4 the other day and i thought to myself what characters will be in it and other stuff like that and then i thought Vamp could be in it as in MGS2 near the end u seen Vamp get shot back into the sea and u never saw him again so i was thinking that he could be back in number 4 as he cant die. then i had a cool idea that was wouldnt it be cool if Vamp had a battle to the death with the new and improved Raiden. so for this blog i want your opinions on who u think would win and why.
