Why contact Konami Support when they have basically said they're not going to try to fix it anymore? I think that's a bad move by Konami. They have experts being paid to do this and they're quitting. That's sad.
@andrewwittmaier A 13-year studio vet boiled down to "services no longer needed?" I don't know about that one. I'm not saying there's dirt but I highly doubt that's the case--for either of them.
