Hey guys I just got a ps3 this xmas and I got R2 and Motorstorm Pacific Rift what other games should I buy?

When using the old dashboard (before the update was released), i was able to stream videos from my laptop to my Xbox 360. Even for a large file such as an HD Halo trailer (65 mb), there would be mabye 10-15 seconds of buffering and then the video would begin to play. However, now, using the NXE, when trying to play the same video there is no "buffering". Instead I must wait 1-2 minutes for the video to "load" (says "loading" at the top of the page with a __%). Did anyone else notice this and if so what can i do to solve this issue. BostonPatriots

I haven't noticed that problem,but since my pc had some update on media centre,i am unable to use/connect up media centre.Although i can still connect pc and 360 up using windows media player 11.

I just got my 360 repaired. I played Gear2 and it went all smooth until I poped in CoD4 and OMG it sounds like an motorcycle. My CoD4 disk is dirty, is that why my 360 is making loud noises?totaldj

I had that very same problem with my launch 360-broke after 10 months,got it repaired by M.S. and when it came back it sounded like a hoover running!-so sold it.

But now with my 2008 Pro.i install all my games and so my 360 is quietest it's ever been.

or is there no new model anytime soon? I admit I'll miss my 60 GB with its full backward compatibility and 4 USB ports as well as the SD card slots. So the question is to get the 160 GB or even just the 80? or is there any word on a new model coming soon? just want some idea before i replace my old 60 GB.

Best models out were the 60GB with full B.C.

Sure this 160Gb is best model on shelves at moment,but only cos of the large hard drive.I dont know about you?-but i've never yet completely filled my 60GB HD,and if it does get near to full,all i gotta do is delete the old stuff i dont need or want anymore.

I think Sony would greatly increase their sales again if they brought back Backwards Compatibility (PS2 Compatible games)

But yeah, anyone else think sony should bring back the ability to play PS2 games on the PS3?eaglesfan534

I gotta be honest and think that they're never likely to add it to future PS3 consoles.I was lucky enough to buy a 60GB near launch,and even though it's got full B.C.-I rarely play an old PS2 or One title now.There's so many new PS3 games out now and with Trophy support being applied to most new games,then i can see the need for playing older titles less+less.After all-would you buy a brand new sports car and be happy if it was fitted with an 8 track or cassette player??

Buy MGS4+Resistance 2+forget component cable-Treat yourself to a decent HDMI cable.

The total lack of Exclusives-most games such as GTA4 are available on "The Other" main console.But that said-The PS3 is best console available.
