skelebull3000 Blog

Title missing

This will be a fairly short blog in preparation for a very long rant blog in a llittle bit of time. The rant will be concerning GS' sloppy inconsistent scoring lately, concentratingespecially onMass Effect. I shall beat the game first and then comment on the 8.5/10 score. Everywhere else the game's been recieving over a 9. Anyway, if somebody has a suggestion for another "flopped" game on Gamespot I could rant about please post the name now and I shall mention it too:)

Back to school

Yeah, I'm back to school. *sigh* No more getting a good nights sleep and just doing nothing of any meaning the entire day. As for the start of school, it went really well. We are now doing the first year of the IB program and it's strange to see everybody wearing coloured shirts around the school since we were only allowed to wear white shirts before (we have uniform in our school). This year also seems more relaxed since we don't need to do any important exams this year like last year which makes me happier because I was completely stressed out.:)

In gaming news I've gotten an HDTV. I am nowgaming in HD baby 8). The games look a lot better than my old TV mostly because of the fact that my old TV messed up the colours when I was playing games making blue red and everything else red. The other thing I noticed is that I can read the text now and know what gun I'm picking up which also help quite a bit :P. In other gaming news... well there aren't really any except I'm trying to get all the gamerpoints in Crackdown (currently 960). The hidden orbs are really hard to fin :) although I have gotten practise from getting all the agility orbs :P.

On friday I'm leaving to Germany (yes, again) for a special reason. I'm going to be attending my cousin's wedding :). I'll be back on sunday so I won't miss much of schoo except maybe a few classes on Friday if not the entire Friday.

Flying

I´m flying back to Spain tomorrow (Tuesday) and will become fully active again until school starts (Remember, remember, the third of September :P). As for the summer camp, it was loads of fun, but I shall go into more detail about that later...

I'm back!!!! (for three days...)

Well I'm back from Miami (arrived yesterday) and had a great time since I met a friend of mine that I hadn't seen for some time. The hotel was great and the weather couldn't have been better although a gigantic storm approached the last day delaying the flight for half an hour. As for the job at the BASF, it went really smooth, I only missed the train once. :P (Had to take a train to work). The only thing that bugged me is that I woke up at 6:15 each day (Grrrr...). In the evening I went out with my nephew (yes, I have a nephew who's 19) to his friend's house and we had a good job usually coming home late afterwards making my job in the laboratory even more difficult. :P

As for the place I had my work experience it was a research lab experementing on finding new herbicides and everybody was nice and our boss came from the US so I learnt a lot about the experiences he's had with American universities. This experience has helped me decide in which direction I should go for my carrier.

In gaming news, I bought MGS: PO and FF: Anniversary edition for the PSP. I got to tell you, MGS: PO is the single greatest handheld game in existence. :P It's so much fun knocking people out and taking them hostage and turning them into recruits. I haven't gotten that far but my army consists of about 50 recruits.

I've also finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It's a good book although I have the feeling that JK Rowling somehow changed her mind in the ending concerning Harry's life or death. I won't be giving up too much info. or else many people would probably kill me.

PS: I missed E3. Damn! I came here and I had like 50 updates. :P I looked through all of them, so if somebody could tell me the most important things that happened. It will be greatly appreciated. :)

PPS: I'm leaving tomorrow for two weeks of summer camp in Germany. At least when I'm back I'll be back with 3 weeks of vacation left where I can be a little more active around here. See you guys later! (Still online today though)
