I agree 110%. Ben Folds is amazing on the piano, i have all of his transcribed album piano books and play pretty much all of the songs hours on end.
-Philosophy(great song and fun to play too!)

Oh and thats a song by Ben Folds Five
[QUOTE="skiinian_basic"]works for me quite nicely lol :-p...but honestly it's not that i don't like the second mvt., its just that i realllly like the 1st and 3rd lol. The 2nd mvt. sounds quite different and i just prefer the 1st and 3rd. Sorry, Beethoven lol.

I really think that the power of the third movement depends on the second movement's contrast... and that it ties the first and third movements together formally. It just wouldn't be the same without it. In many ways, the second movement is my favourite from this sonata. It's so charming.
heh, good point. It is sort of the "eye before the storm" of the sonata. While not my favorite part, charming, is a good word for it!
[QUOTE="skiinian_basic"]1st mvt is great. Not the biggest fan of the second. I enjoy the 3rd mvt the most, although it does take a bit of practice to play lolpianist
The sonata wouldn't work without the second movement.
