hmm, not sure about the exact amoun of time. But resting is really almost as important as working them to be honest. And having more protein in your diet helps build the muscle back even stronger.

It's true that most people are not just good singers right out of the cradle. It takes a lot of practice and formal training to really get your voice down. Even if you can sing notes well most people don't have amazing ranges so they compensate with something thats called false setto where you sort of flip into your 'high' or 'girlish' voice. Pretty much everyone has a false setto but not everyone can sing it well and keep their voice strong. I think you pretty much have that or don't, i'm not really sure. As far as I go, my voice is...okay i guess lol. I try to compensate by tearing up the ivories with a little Billy Joel, Elton John, and Ben Folds. Speaking of Billy Joel, that man has such a great range and he can change his voice style so well and naturally, i swear it's unatural lol. For example his voice in Uptown girl versus New York State of Mind...amazing what he can do!

I really liked wedding crashers...although he was barely in that. He was in it just enough to get some laughs and not be completely obnoxious. Great flick.

I'd mostly agree, except I really liked Jedi Outcast's light sabers. You could throw them and i just felt they were a little more satisfying than a club. Not to mention the ability to use force powers. Always loved force-pushing people off of edges lol:twisted:
