@alaskancrab: They downgrade it on purpose. It was even in a script on comments in C++ on watchdogs in comments saying something like. "This part is only for PC who cares".

Also they make more money on console games then they do PC per game they sell. So they make half rushed jobs so people think I might as well get the console version.

People forget games are made on PC. I bet a lot of people think some how all games are made on consoles and ported to PC.
