I have already got a refund this year on Obduction due to performance and yes my pc is capable. I told steam it was due to the performance of the game and gave them my specs and got a refund straight away.

Just don't make 30min cut scene. I like FMV in games and old school like wing commander series but this game I just hated the 30 min movie all at once.
