Let me put this in fanboy-retard language, just so you understand......i am NOT a retarded fanboy if i was, the thread would be about why the 360 sucks, which it isnt. its about what the 360 has given us

Dude, I completely forgot about Kingdom Hearts and Twisted Metal. Shame on me for forgetting Twisted Metal...I'll never forget playing the first one on my Playstation many years ago. Other franchises that are worth mentioning are Soul Calibur and Wipeout. These franchises will surely carry on their Playstation heritage. Check IGN if you're skeptical. With all due respect to my Xbox side though, I do have to note that the following are Xbox 360 exclusives that I am eagerly awaiting: Mass Effect, Bioshock, Halo 3, Command and Conquer 3, and of course, Gears of War 2. Gosh it is good to have the best of both worlds...knicknut17i realised about kingdom hearts as well. shame on us
actually i wasnt trying to promote the ps3, im merely asking what new and innovative thing the xbox360 has because i cant see one, and its eveyone else that keep making it about the ps3. if you read carefully, i also mentioned the wii. if was trying to promote the ps3, i would have highlighted more of its features, but instead, i chose the one thing that is truly innovative adn will changed the computing indstry as we know it within a couple of yearsmaking this kind of thread won't turn anyone into love PS3
you only make them hate it more
I think you just love PS3 and hope it will rise just like me
what we PS3-lovers should do is just go out and buy more games, enjoy more of our PS3 instead of posting these anti-360 article here

[QUOTE="skorpion352"]lol, condradiction.does anyone else think that the xbox360 is just a more powerful version of the orginal and made no contributions to how to technology?
to put it in prospective for you, the wii has an innovative new controller design (visit www.wiihaveaproblem.com to see the flaws in this)
and the ps3 features the cell broadband processor that allows the cpu to do 8 things at once whereas a normal cpu can only do one.
and what has the xbox360 done to contribute?

ah yes, and the 360 has a tri-core processor, as a pose to 1 core and 8 (2 currently unused) SPEs which don't count as extra cores. 8 things at once? I think even the NES could pull that one off.
Ah yes, as for the controller, they cretaed a guide button, and made it extrememly comfortable, unlike the predecesor. They've also given the 360 media centre capabilities.
firstly, they should have done that with the controller in the first place
secondly, i never said it has any extra cores.
third, i think you might have misunderstood me. what i meant was "true parallel processing" sure the nes might have been capable of doing several thing at once, but it was only able to do one thing per clock cycle of the cpu. the ps3's cell broadband processor allows it it do 8 things per clock cycle of the cpu. and the "tri-core processor" only ahs 3 cores, meaning it can co much less than the ps3. and as for xbox live, that was something we already had, they just made improvements to it. and you have to pay for it, unlike sonys online system which is free and you still ahvent answered my question. please dont tell me about something that they improved upon form the orginal xbox
