ya i live in canada too in NS and use to in ontario, the only standardized tests i know of was some stupid thing in grade 6 but it was only like 30 mins long and thats all i did
from what iv read communism SHOULD be the perfect government, but because power in one person always corrupts that person into doing whatever then need to to get more power, so it always has and always will fail
