It's not so much about needing a 6 pack, it's just.. I don't want my stomach jiggling when I jump or something...
And trust me, I don't overeat anymore, I completely changed my diet and eat much less than I did. I rarely have anything unhealthy, besides alcohol.
well from the sound of your exercise routine aslong as you run and work on that area it should go away soon
