And now MS is putting HDMI into the Xbox360, and keep in mind, that's 2 years after the 360 came out, and 10 million customers already bought the one without hdmi.

PS3 is already next gen, Xbox360 is just trying to catch up to it, with HD-DVD add ons, and HDMI, and wi fi add on.

You are right though PS3 IS catching up to 360 in sales, seeing as how it's outselling it worldwide on a monthly basis now. And in 2008 it will pretty much match Xbox 360s game library too.

I expect a console that cost $600 dollars to have good games and have the best library, but it doesn't so it does need to catch up in games.
