It is very much a war, but certainly not one started by the West. Libya has been in a state of civil war for weeks now, and only now have we become involved in the form of enforcing a no fly zone (which includes destroying air bases and anti-air), plus attacks on pro-Gaddafi forces who threaten civilians. At least that's how things are supposed to go, and have gone so far. I guess Fox News will spin this somehow and it will all be Obama's fault :lol:

Imposing a no-fly zone is an act of war, so it is sort of a war. And the US/UK have launched a total of 110 cruise missiles and French planes have destroyed several targets, including at least one Libyan war plane. It's kind of a war.Z0MBIES
