So the PC version, is it going to represent "this-gen" or "next-gen" version of the game or like it should depending on your computer hardware? Want this game really for PC as soon as possible, but if my experience going to be better on PS4 I will wait. Really want to know this before buying.

This is doomed. Blizzard should just do Starcraft MMO. Can't see why it wouldn't be success.
