@Xylymphydyte: That's inspiration, not agenda. The contents of the story aren't the problem, it's the subtext that Johnson put in which is nasty and sneaky.

Well there you have it, he had a political agenda (whether you agree with it or not) that piggy backed on an historically apolitical film series. He used a captive audience to promote a political agenda.
