I can't listen to music with lyrics so that eliminates a large majority of my music. I tend to put on dance music so stuff like house, dnb and dubstep.
This was just the topic I wanted to see. I'm going to do try and lose some weight by not eating any chocolate or desserts at all. I should also try and cut down my meal size, making sure I eat until I'm full and no more. Going to start exercising a lot more than I am doing at the moment as well. Hopefully this will be enough for a nice steady drop in weight.
