Not one of these games is worth upgrading from the Xbox X. Maybe in another year or so.

The differences between this review and IGN's review is mind-boggling.

I purchased an Xbox X about 2 years ago. what is the incentive to me to upgrade to a Series X ? I'm enjoying 4K gaming on my 4K TV currently with all the same offering on Gamepass. Maybe 2 years from now but for now I'm holding off

Wait who gets 10%+ merit increases? Most employees of any large company would receive 3%-5% annually and that's with a decent review of performance. Stop hiring these entitled millenials!
