@Grenadeh It all has to do with the FOX engine, it allows them to do more then the engine they used for MGS4, plus who knows what kind of copyrights sony placed on MGS4 there might be a clause saying how sony as all exclusive rights to it, remember how MGS1 was only for the PS1 and Twin Snakes only for GC
