If it wasn't, like, 3:15 in the morning, I would think of something funny and clever to say but it's not, so i didn't. I recently got back into playing thief: Deadly Shadows. I've had the game for three years and never finished it, so i figured that i might as well give it another shot. I've decided that it is the greatest stealth game for the original xbox. I admit, it has some flaw, but it is still REALLY enjoyable. If you ever find yourself with a few extra bucks and you're in a mall, i would pick it up. One of the things that makes it so good are the cool characters, especially the main character: The master Thief named Garrett. He's so good at what he does, not one thing seems to surprise or impress him, even when dealing with the undead, guards and religious radicals. Also, they added a bit of realism to the game by NOT making Garrett very strong of ninja-like. You can't easily overpower the enemies of the game because frankly; they're much stronger. Garrett does have a dagger, but that's only for the most sticky of situations. Most of the time he gets by using his blackjack(knock enemies out from behind), water arrows(puts out torches/candles), and flacsbombs(bombs that flash). There are more weapons in Garretts arsenal but those are the ones i find are most helpful. Unlike other games, where you don't need to be undetected and the darkness seems like a game flaw, in thief the darkness is your friend. Garrett becomes effectively invisible in darkness when he is crouching or wall flattening. Once i beat it, i'm totally going to write a review, but now i'm so tired that i don't even know if what i'm saying makes sense.

I just found out today that my cousin played the voice acting for sister bear in the bernstien bears video game! She in the daughter of my Uncle, who happens to play the voice of one of the keepers in the Thief games... now i think i want to play some thief: deadly shadows

When I first got my 360 back in march last year, the first arcade game i got was geometry wars evolved. it was really fun for a while, but it got old because I couldn't break my high score of 116,000. Then, a couple days ago, i was challenged to pick it up again when Sephiroth99000 beat my high score. I tried over and over to top his score of just over 250,000. Finally, a few hours later, a new burst of gaming energy flowed over my fingers and i got a new high score of 319,000!!! I was so happy that I had him beat, but before i could even get a message out, he beat my high score with just over 510,000 and his score has since risen to 596,000 while mine remains a lowly 319,000:cry:

Three weeks out of this summer, I go to work as a junior counselor at a camp. From nine to three Monday through Wednesday and from nine on Thursday to nine on Friday, I am surrounded by seven and eight year old kids. Now, this camp is into nature, I.E. we take long walks (hikes) and play fun (exhausting) games. Well at least I get paid, right? WRONG, this year, since i'm a junior counselor, I HAVE TO PAY THE CAMP $50 TO LET ME HELP THE COUNSELORS! Well, next year I'll get paid (ya, right, next year).

Now I want to take the time to discuss a game that has gottne terrible reviews left and right. Transformers: decepticon for the DS. With good (for the DS) graphics, great gameplay, excellent voice acting. This game does not deserve the verbal bludgeoning many reveiws have given it. There is only one thing wrong with it, as far as i'm concerned. IT IS VERY SHORT. You could probable go through and beat it in a couple of days. This one fact, however, is not enough to take away from the game because it is so fun. Well, I'm off to see the Wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Oz.

February- Crackdown is coming out, crackdown means the beta! yesss

March-I got Crackdown and the beta comes with it!

April- The beta is almost here!!

May- Cool, the beta is pretty fun

June- In september, doesn't halo 3 come out? that pretty cool.

July- Cool I can't WAIT for... mass ffect and bioshock. Ohh ya, and Halo 3.

It pains me to say that halo 3 is not exciting to me anymore

I've had xbox live for three years now and i've made several gamertags... somethingdumb, somethingdumber, somethindumber, somethindumb

After a long day of working, do i want to take a nap, mabey read a book or have a snack? The answer in no. I want to sit down and play some video games. Let me tell you a short story...

The other day i came home from working. It was a friday and i was exausted from dealing with little kids all day (I am a new counselor at a camp). I wanted to sit down with my DS and play some metroid prime or pokemon pearl, but i couldn't BECAUSE MY SISTER SPILLED WATER ALL OVER MY DS!!!!! It only gets worse from here. I went upstairs to play my wii, but nooo, i had "done something wrong" so my mom took it away! Fine, i thought, i'll just play some Halo 2 or Chromehounds on my 360. That is when i found out the my air conditioner was broken AND LEAKED WATER ALL OVER MY SPEAKERS. Today, i finnaly replaced all of by broken stuff, with my own money, i might add, and all is once again right with the world

p.s. I don't plan on making all of my blog posts rants about sh*t that happened to me
