and back on topic, the question is: "who is the WEAKEST character". not the slowest character. not the most difficult character to use... the weakest character. and imo, i'd have to say that its either jigglypuff, or olimar. their attacks arent necessarily too powerful compared to the other characters.

Exactly the question is who is the weakest character. Both Meta and Sonic are weaker than Jiggs. The attacks barely leave a mark. One has to land a ton of attacks before being able to KO someone. Both Jiggs and Olimar can KO characters much quicker than Sonic or Meta. Also personal experience means nothing. The weakest characters can be monsters when played by an experienced player. This is based purely on stats. Sonic and Meta both have incredibly weak attacks. Doesn't mean that you can't pwn with them, it just means that you can't really rely on their power.

eh i suppose so, but i am experienced with both sonic and meta, so i dont really realize how weak they are. know what i mean? but still, how is olimar considered strong? his launch attack is throwing his pikmin. is he really that strong?

Yup... another story. It's sad how this game does this to people. :P I had an incident happen to me that I wish I could have recorded. I'm in first place racing on Toad's Factory - the last course of the cup - and I'm at the part where the Mii's are in the cars. Bam! Red shell... I recover and start driving. Bam! Blue Shell... and as I'm falling back to the ground...lightning. I look at the map and see the rest of the group is right near me... I can see the finish line now. Nope, Bowser's lightning cloud hits me and I shrink a second later. I ended up getting seventh. The worst part is that it was the last course and I HAD to watch the stupid ceremony instead of quiting. :( That's my Mario Kart Wii story.ZumaJones07

sigh. been there done that...it is quite frustrating, not gonna lie. but you just gotta stick it out. if anything, it makes winning more rewarding.

psh. i definitly dont regret getting a wii. I love the wii. it has great games coming out for it at the end of this year and Q1 2008, and im really excited for them. the only thing that kind of upsets me is that nintendo may come out with a new model of the wii which could potentially have more memory or several other upgrades. that frustrates me because i went out to get my wii on launch day and thenonly a year later nintendo turns around and is considering making a newer better version of it. but no i most certainly dont regret having a wii.

lol buuuuut...i go over to my gf's house every day and every once in a while i play halo 3 with her bro and it really makes me want to have a 360 also. ;)
