yea the wii needs a few great wifi games because pokemon battle rev just didnt cut it at all. The only games that seem to have good online play are madden08 and some other ea sports games. But a game that would be AMAZING with wifi is ssbb. metroid prime 3 wouldnt really make a difference to me if it had online play; yes, its single player is that good.

[QUOTE="sonictls9"]Lol this conversation is kinda pointless. Like the twenty some people that have already said it, the blue light only comes on when you receive an update from nintendo, a message, or a new mii from a friend. yes the blue light looks awesome i know-i love when it comes on- but if its really that big of a deal for you that the whole reason you bought the wii was for that reason (god forbid anyone buy systems for their actual gaming entertainment...), then send a message to yourself. Then youll have your beloved light.Spelunker

Until you turn the machine on again.

True...but since he likes the light so much, he wont turn the system back on. Lol

Well the wiimote definitly isnt a light gun...but i think its quite promising with re:uc. Plus, the point-away-from-the-screen-to-reload method is incorporated into the game. Its shown in the trailor.

Well wii is all about the motion controls...why would you want to make it less fun by using the cc? and just to make you happy, you should know that ssbb supports four different control setups- one of which is the classic controller.

I definitely dont think any new versions are coming out soon. Wii is already doing too well right now for an upgraded version.

Yea theres no way to completely shut it down...it only goes to standby. Plus mine never really gets hot when connect24 is on. Hmm yea i agree with the poster before me: just unplug it when you are done playing.
