[QUOTE="COD4_Shinedown"]Wow, Avenger how did you manage to get a collection that large?Avenger1324
I've spent several years working for large games companies, and need to look at lots of different games for ideas and inspiration. I trade games with friends at similar companies, as well as buying just about every bargain I spot :)
Did you really give gears of war a 5.5???Anything with a bunch of numbers annoys me, also anyone with 69 at the end, just shows how immature you are, and most of all anyone with 420 in their gamertag, it just means that you celebrate an idiotic (not to mention illegal) action on a make believe "holiday" which is absolutly nothing to be proud of.xgamer40Ya and to all those idiots who have that it is also Hitlers birthday...
[QUOTE="_SOULtoSQUEEZE_"][QUOTE="romans828_2002"]I'm continuously disappointed at the responses that these threads tend to generate. It's not Blockbuster's, Target's, or Walmart's problem that your disc got scratched. To swap discs is unethical and it's illegal. I'm especially bothered by the poster who suggested that you have a friend do it for you. Are you so concerned about your own personal pleasure that you would steal a disc and leave your friend to take the fall for you?
Here's what you need to do: Either go to Microsoft and pay the money to have your disc fixed. Or, go to the store and buy another copy yourself. Period.

yeah because companies like walmart, blockbuster, and target cant afford to have that happen to them...loosen up. everything will be alright.
It makes not one bit of difference whether or not they can afford it. It's still illegal and it's still wrong. Further, because people insist on doing stupid stuff like this, it makes it all the harder for legitimate returns to be made. Have you tried to return something to Walmart? It's a hassle and a half. Further, Blockbuster games cost an arm and a leg because of stuff like this.
I can afford a box of Cheerios. It doesn't mean that you can come into my house and switch your empty box for my full one.
Do you feel okay that those stores get most of their products from overseas with no hcild labor laws? I might add that is Illigal in the united states but these companies still do it and get away with it.
