It's Parents fault that they are all of these shootings going on, They give their children M 17+ games carelessly and their kid plays the game for a while and they begin to reenact the scenes from the video game which result in a death or even a mass murder. ESRB is also at fault because they have yet to enforce the ratings of games like if a parent asks for a M 17+ game, the cashier should ask is the game for someone over 17 because if it's not then the parent can't purchase the game. This should also be the case with games that you can purchase on an online store like the PS Store.
