[QUOTE="Frattracide"]But you do have the right to be secure in your persons, so being forced to "consent" to drug tests is not lawful.
Dracargen
You have nothing to fear if you are not breaking the law. Therefore, you have absolutely no reason to not consent, unless you are breaking the law.
By the way, you are not arrested for not consenting to a school's drug test. . .you ARE arrested for not consenting to a sobriety test. Are you against that?
you have a reason not to consent if you dont want people invading your private life regardless wether you do drugs or not! id take that **** to court if i had to![QUOTE="Dracargen"][QUOTE="Frattracide"][QUOTE="Dracargen"][QUOTE="Frattracide"]1. An eighteen year old student can.
2. A choice between prison and submitting to a drug test in this case =\= consent.

1. How many 18-year-olds do you know in High School?
2. Yes it is--you can always say "eh, I prefer jail." ;)
An eighteen year-old senior is not uncommon. And jailing someone for refusing to volunteer their rights away is not consent.
Surprise! You don't have the right to use drugs. You DO, however, have the right to remain silent if you are caught using drugs.;)
And do 18-year-olds switch their schools every high school year?
Yes I do have a right. I am 18 and Salvia is a legal drug in my state.

And so do I: You don't have the right to use drugs.
according to who? the government. you shouldnt follow their laws blindly thinking theyre the only right people in the world and common sense doesnt matter, theyre not right about everything[QUOTE="sovereign_22"][QUOTE="Dracargen"]If you're not going to practice your rights, you may as well not have any.[QUOTE="br0kenrabbit"][QUOTE="Bio_Spark"]The only people afraid of random drug testing are those who are going to get caught anyway. You don't have the right to do drugs any more than I have the right to steal a woman's purse.
just because its against the law doesnt mean its rightAlright, then I'll rephrase it: You don't have the right to do drugs any more than I have the right to drive.
