I got the screen protector right from the start and I'm glad I did, I don't know how the screen would hold up without it, but it doesn't affect the viewing or touch sensitivity at all, cleans up really easy, and makes me feel better about potential scratches.

I bought a hard case from gamestop. It's really nice, it has rubberized inside and the vita sits in really snug. Plus there are places to store about 8 game carts and 2 memory cards.

The AC bundle looks great. It makes me want a 2nd one lol.

yes, I just played some online matches this weekend and the lobby filled up pretty quick. It gets a bad rap, and granted it has some flaws, but I find it fun to play.

oh, sorry, one more question - how does the game save on these maps? I read they take awhile to get through, but if we were going to go online together our time might be limited. I was hoping you could save progress often enough.

FYI - The Velvet edition is on sale on PSN right now for $10. Seems like a great deal.

Does anyone know the minimum players required for the Adventure mulitplayer modes? Assuming the online player count is low I'd like to know if my son and I will be able to play in this mode with only 2 players online.

Thanks.

Hi, someone is trying to setup a small tournament on this thread at voofoo's site

I haven't tried PBM yet, and thought this tourny would be a nice way to get that started.

lots of ways to support the team, such as building up and repairing defenses at your base, defending it when attacked, etc. In fact, I've had a few intense matches that ended in a draw, where we were on our heels nearly the whole time just fighting off the attackers. Sounds sucky but actually it was pretty fun.

This is great - it's the first I heard of this game. I've hoped for a good PSN Chess game, and on the Vita is even better. Apparently the US release date is late in May according to someone's post in the link below. No mention of it on the US PS Blog. I'm not that good at chess but I love the game. I own a replica of the Isle of Lewis set shown at the beginning of the trailer on this link!

What are the online options? Is there real-time games available?

Thanks for any info.
