I think avg. is 40fps and of course it could since it has no trouble of doing that in Crysis 2 and even having bokeh effect along :)

that's funny, because i know at least 10 people who where diehard Playstation fans, then bought a Xbox 360 and now their PS3 collects dust until they wanna watch a Blu-ray.

I hate to defend the lemmings and the COD games, but haven't cows recognized that the COD series sells more than any PS3 exclusive game so the PS3 will be kinda dead without COD.
