@jdc6305: I did ask to see the board but the seller said he didn't own the bit to open it so I just bought it anyways. It was one eBay so if there was an issue I'd get my money back.

I believe the label is real but I'm not completely sure. Has anyone ever seen a label that wasn't perfectly centered?

I've got no reason to believe the board has any issues. Everything seems to look like it in the right place and the game plays fine. The only thing that has me a little worried is the label. I've read that the boarder around the label is suppose even around the whole label. The cart I have, the label is a little bit lower in the bottom left corner of the label than compared to the bottom right. I'm not sure if this is a sign of a reprint label of not. If anyone has any better knowledge of this than me I'll certainly appreciate your help. I included pictures of everything in case someone can spot something else I'm missing.

If you look below the red ink under
If you look below the red ink under "super nintendo entertainment system", much more plastic is visible than compared to the bottom left.
The label is semigloss as you can see and it has a couple scratches on it that aren't visible without a bright light.

Everything seems to be fine with the board unless I'm missing something.

Just the board again, but without the flash.

I can't seem to find anything online about this. I want to make a list of all the NTSC games and I don't care for PAL only games so I don't want to include them. I understand that the CDI regional locks didn't work very well for the most part, but I still only care about American releases. Anyone know if there are PAL only games out there?

@DocSanchez: no games?!? Mario 3d world is enough reason to buy the system not to mention pikmin, mario kart, smash, new mario u, the entire wii library, and some more that others enjoy but I can't seem to get into. Anyways no one has more unique and creative games than Nintendo. It's pretty impressive if you give it a shot.

I wanted luigis mansion in the physical form when I bought it but all the stores were sold out and I just had to have it at the time. I almost always buy in the physical form just cause its nice to be able to actually hold something. I guess I'll just let my roommate play if he wants

I guess I'll just sell a couple of physical games with it. It's a Shane because I just finished luigis mansion completely and I now have no use for it. Oh well

Yep going to an xl. I guess my big question is: Is there a way to sell my 3ds to someone stating in the ad that it has preloaded games (to get a better price) and then the new owner can download the games I had on there previously? Or does it have to be physical copies?

I understand the process of putting it on eBay and everything but I have more specific questions about the 3ds itself.

I have games I would like to give the new owner but they are digital copies so how do I go about setting it up so they can download them? Also could someone provide step by step instructions on what to do as far as if I need to format the sd card (which is going to the mew owner) and how I go about doing that. And unlinking my accounts from the 3ds or whatever I have to do with the eshop.

Thanks

So I want to upgrade my current 3ds to a 3ds xl because the 3ds I'm playing kills my hands (and I want a bigger screen). Anyways here's my situation:

I'm going to sell my 3ds online with the current sd card I use. On this sd card I have all my save files, luigi's mansion dark moon, animal crossing new leaf, and another small e shop game. So I'm gonna buy a new 3ds before I sell my current one. I want to move animal crossing and my save files to the new 3ds xl and leave everything else for the new owner.

Can I sell my 3ds with a couple of downloadable games on there eventhough those games are linked to my nintendo id? Do I need any special equipment to do this? Can I use my wii u to transfer stuff?

Any info is helpful. Thanks.
