I was having a discussion about this on another Youtube video and one guy said this :

It's always been a joke attempt at them claiming they are "self-regulating" aka regulating themselves, but failing spectacularly to do so due to their own greed."
I'm guessing Sony is building up to PS5's reveal event and are focusing all their efforts and resources on that. They've already made plenty of blockbuster exclusive games for PS4 so I'm guessing they're now moving forward. By skipping E3 2019, they would create a vacuum for people to wonder what's Sony up to. It would also lift pressure off from Sony as well as game developers to show something new in 2019 and they can focus on developing new games for PS5. After that, somewhere in the beginning of 2020, they would officially announce PS5 on PSX event and on E3 2020, they would reveal all the next gen launch games for PS5.
Telltale was too ambitious and reckless for their own good. They came crushing down under their own weight. They tried to make too many games from too many IPs without quality control and on their outdated game engine that really marred the experience. Having said that, they did revitalize the point and click story telling genre back from the dead with excellent The Walking Dead series which paved ways for bigger and better titles from other studios so...
Can they change Fallout 76 into The Elder Scrolls 6 on a new game engine that is also not full of bugs and glitches ? No ? Okay then....back to Red Dead Redemption 2.
@Kyrylo: Read it again. You missed something. Like I said. Not her fault. I'm using the game logic to solidify the claim. I know what the devs were trying to pull but It was probably an oversight from them. But as it stands, if you do your research, then its not her fault.
@Gary_Stanton: I know. A lot and I mean A LOT had been cut from the main game and what the original game was supposed to be under Tetsuya Nomura. There's already leaked sources that tells us about all the cut contents from the game. Hajime Tabata straight up butchered the game and gave us this shallow, messy, unfinished abomination that is Final Fantasy XV. It was a disaster from the get go. I'm glad that he left.
@oKiRe: Square Enix is mainly to blame for this. Yes, Tetsuya Nomura takes a long time to get things done BUT...when he does get it done, that game becomes one of the best games in generations.
