check this out, this might sound weird but blow into the l or r button slot seriously. put your mouth over the button from the corner of your DS and blow pretty hard, this has worked for me all the time usually when i turn the ds off the wait awhile and play it again i have to blow on the button again but it works... for me though it might be that my ds just is a 1 in a million homo one seriously i am serious i actually do this all jokes aside.Antox-RX8

i can't believe it... but this actually worked!!! THANK YOU!! it's like a throw-back to the days of blowing into the NES (actually i still do this...)

anyway, i blew HARD into the buttons for several seconds a couple times and now both the R and L work PERFECTLY (even though the L had never worked)

so if you have broken shoulder buttons on DS... give it a blow.

my friends folks are going to japan tomorrow and wondered if i wanted them to get me some games

so... what games are japan only that people recommend importing? preferably with not to much knowledge of japanese required...

funny thing is, i've seen other people online who said they did that too. i guess i'll try that first when i get home from class tonight. maybe my DS just wants a little lovin... :)
