but there is one difference. every 360 game has achievements, only a handfull Ps3 games have trophies.

But that does not make the trophy concept any worse than the achievement concept

I agree, but your missing the point, there are games that are casual, and there are games that are popular with causals, Madden's gameplay is not simple, but it is extremly popular with casuals.
