Try playing a game like Street Fighter if you really want to see how much better some people are at video games. I always thought I was decent, but some people have spent hundreds of hours playing it and are just insanely good. I'm not super competitive, but I don't like getting slaughtered all day. I won't play SF online anymore because of it.
My first game was Ninja Gaiden Sigma. I didn't like it at all, mainly due to the fact that the camera angle in that game was awful. I'd get hit with projectiles that I couldn't even see coming.
Apparently GameSpot's been having some trouble with their forums lately. I replied to this post while it was in the PS3 forum as well and it definitely didn't have this title.
There's a chance I won't get another disc-based PS3 game until this comes out. COD4 is the only non-downloaded game I own right now (unless you count Burnout Paradise even though I have the DLed version).

Damn man expand your horizons. I never said I WOULDN'T buy any more disc games but there just hasn't been a whole lot coming out lately that's really been something I have to buy. With my busy work/school schedule, a game has to be pretty much amazing for me to invest time in it. I just don't have a lot of free time to waste playing mediocre games. I have Super Street Fighter 2 HD Remix and like the game, but I find myself getting my butt kicked by the pros out there so why should I spend another $60 on SF4 when it's going to be the same thing? What I really want is an action adventure game like Zelda (yes, I know Zelda would never come out on PS3) but I haven't found anything too similar besides Prince of Persia and half the reviews say it isn't worth it. I do want to check out Fat Princess when it comes out though and Burn Zombie Burn has been pretty fun so far.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you delete the username on the PS3, it'll disable all of the PSN games that are on your hard drive that were downloaded with that username. Even though it's still on your hard drive, you'd have to start to download them again to reactivate them. If you've shared your games with anyone, you might end exceeding the 5 download limit.

Yeah, I would avoid re-doing the order of your accounts because of this. ^ Is there any particular reason you need to re-order the accounts? Just to be clear, I know this firsthand after spending almost an hour on the phone arguing with Sony customer service. I had over $100 worth of stuff on my account and Sony basically told me I was SOL. They told me I had to deactivate one of the PS3s before I could redownload my stuff. My buddies and I had all paid for the games so I couldn't ask them to stop playing the games.

Like others have said, this game got repetitive very quickly. If you could find it for about $20, it might be worth it. You can do only what's necessary to beat the game since doing the extra investigations doesn't really help you out all that much. I liked the idea of the game (minus the sci-fi element), just the execution wasn't all that great. I found the combat boring, the AI rather stupid, and had no desire to find all the flags or kill all of the Templars. As much as I didn't really like the gameplay, I'm still will to give AC2 a chance if they make the right changes.
