Well go game then girlfriend. At the end of the day if it was so great you would be playing now not trying to persuade me its better. I have all three systems too and I still prefer the Xbox 360. It is really game driven and when you want to multiplayer way better to game with friends. Enjoy your PS HIV+ online. I will stick to the Console that does not brick when you update it!
We will see but I think that Xbox 1 is in capable hands. As bad as many of the Sony fans want it to fail it will succeed. I think what Microsoft failed to do is roll this who system out where consumers could understand it. They just came up with a idea about instant on and quicker access and all consumers could hear was DRM & Restrictions. If Microsoft was listening or even going to the blogs and gaming sites they could have saved themselves from the smack upside the head. I also think Larry Herb or whatever his name is needs to go. Too old and too out of touch and not able to relate to many people. Listen we are in an age where gaming is big business and its either hit with precision or miss with a blunder. Will I get an Xbox one - Yes - Will I get a PS4 - Yes. Reason - I love games and technology. I like what Microsoft is trying to do they just have a poor way of communicating it. While I am not for DRM. I am for faster access to my games and being able to switch between things and be able to share my live account with other members of my household. Had they presented it in that way. It might just have been viewed differently. There is no way you come up with a new system and rules but don't clearly present all the good that is to be had from it. That's like telling someone who is used to Dinner at 5:00 PM that there dinner won't be ready till 7 pm. Now if you tell me its gonna be an amazing buffet of food I love then I could wait two hours. If you don't tell me what to expect. Expect me to complain.
Windows 8 Launch was not bad. It was the Windows 8 Reception that was lacking. Its not a Great OS but its no Vista. With the recent improvements it will b Great.
Change is good. The direction that Don was leading was not a good one for Microsoft. I think they picked someone that people will find likeable. Looking at Don Mattrick was like licking at Huckleberry Fin in a Suit.
You do sound like a Fan Boy. Its not always the back ground that breeds success its about people understanding the business and being able to move it in a direction that will reap benefits. There are tons of people put in jobs with backgrounds in a specific field but they were not able to steer the company to success. Just look at all the CEOs that were fired in the last two years of major companies. PS. Don Mattrick did have a back ground in gaming and such. I just think he was not the best suited person for the job. He lacked appeal and delivery when it came to the presentations at E3. Seemed like he was nervous and reading a script. Lacked substance and passion and this was picked up by everyone that viewed it.
If you read she actually oversaw Windows 7 - Big difference with regards to Launches. Stop bashing just because you have a mouse and keyboard and actually read!
