I've had that problem with E 74 ...I had regural 60 hz tv...

After I bought HDMI the problem disappeared....it works fine now...

iv ben doin some 3-4 hour shifts of COD4 for a while now and nothing wrong. exept i got once a E74 error in the morning twice so far, before i even played.-RED

I have the same problem... first start up is always with black screen, and after that everything isnormal...

I also have this E 74error problem..

but after restarting , console works normal....hope that is only problem with av cable....

My friend has got this code several times , but 360 is still working without freezing or any another problem !!

does anyone know anything about ethernet problem ??

I have this problem ...sometimes when I turn on my 360 the message show up on the screen and say system error E73....I found out, that is the problem with ethernet connection...for those who doesnt know , this mean that I can't use xbox live...

Is this a way to general hardware failure or three red lights of death ??

I've got the three red lights suddenly yesterday.... first I thought it was four light ( problem with AV cable ) but it was three.....

I turned on this morning and it works fine but it is question of time now..

It is 4 months old.....bad luck I suppose....

Is any of you guys had a connection problem with AV cable ?? Today I had red ring of light , but there was no flashing...

I read in the Xbox manual that is some problem with AV cable ... After the cable checking the 360 worked properly, but now I am a little bit scared !!

I mean,how this problem can happen if console always standing in the same place without connection and reconnection after the playing it ??
