She wasn't truly committed if she cheated in the first place, so I'd drop her like a bad habit. A part of me maybe will try to fix it, but I know in the long run that's never a good thing. There will always be that doubt in your mind going forward "she's done it before, will she do it again?". Just not worth the hassle. End it and move one.

I like the idea of this program, but all it does is deffer deportation. From what I understand, there's no path to citizenship. What's point of keeping these individuals under deportation limbo? Seems a bit cruel, half-assed and ill thought out.
Best: Vietnamese, Japanese and close behind Mexican and Italian.
Worst, well "meh" is a better word: British, French, Russian.
Their impatient. The worst ones are those who creep constantly as if they're about to race, but when the green light comes they're very slow to react. I don't get it... >_>
Well, to be fair their green cards were revoked for committing crimes. Living in the US as a green card holder is a privilege, not a right. It can be revoked if you **** up, and they learned the hard way of that fact. They just didn't get deported because their home country didn't want them back. Now that they do, their much delayed deportation is finally going through. I don't see what's wrong there. However, since it's been so long that their deportation has been delayed and many seem to have settled into a normal life as upstanding citizens, I wonder if there can be a case made to work with them on a case by case basis? Can you re-aply for a green card? I'm one two sides on this. hmm...
1. You're thinking of Republican governors who shut down 868 polling stations in their states.
2. Unlike the Republican primaries, the Democratic primaries were open to all political affiliations, regardless of party registration.
Where'd you get that stuff, breitfart or something?
2: Not true. Some states have closed primaries. In Oregon, I had to switch to Democrat from Independent to vote in the Democratic primary.
Okay. Some states do that. Here in PA for the primaries you can only vote for your registered party in the primary. That isn't Democrats closing polling stations though so I'm not sure why you brought it up in that context. It's statewide and it's for both parties.
I was specifically talking about his second point where he said Democratic primaries are open to all, which is not true, hence my reply stating that. It has nothing to do with his first point about closing polling stations...
On the top of my head,
- Closing down voting booths in Bernie heavy areas
- Making up extremely arbitary rules to prevent independents and even democrats from voting

Oh this is one of those threads where everyone gets all snooty and acts like they can't eat anything that costs less than $15 and doesn't say "organic" on the front?
Spaghetti is pretty much the cheapest thing you can make. It costs me around £1 for a kilogram and that's not even the cheapest brand available. Granted you will probably want some sauce, but again that's only around £1 a jar. So you're not even going to be saving much if anything by buying canned spaghetti.
You don't even save much time or effort with it either. To make spaghetti all you do is throw it in a pan with some water. Which is the same thing you do with the cans, minus the water.
Yep, about on par for me here as well in the U.S. A 1 lbs of spaghetti it costs about about a $1, sometimes cheaper and a jar of sauce also for a $1. It's far cheaper to make your own spaghetti than buying it canned. I like Chef Boyardee a lot, but even eating two cans it's not that filling as apposed to a nice big plate of spaghetti. So for the price of 2 cans, I can make it myself and get easily more than double/triple the food. In the end it's far cheaper.
