Let's say you have a horribly scratched disk of some old game, and you can't reinstall said game, because the disk is too scratched. Is there any way to download the game off of the internet or something, so that one doesn't have to go and buy a new copy of the game?
Bad story and characters? Thats unheard of for a good point and click, those games in the past ran off those factors, times have changed.
Excellent score, probably very fun game, it met hype (well exceeded it, but mostly haters dropped it from AA to A), but its lacking in the two most important parts for a point and click.

They gave the game the "weak story emblem" according to the emblem, in order for a game to get it, the storyline has to be a main component of the game. wow, if you;'re playing a game with a weakstory, when the story is one of the main components then wtf is the point of playing it :|

IMO Wii is in a better position than PS3 because of SMG this holiday season.

When you say better position, for who pray tell? For Nintendo or for the Wii owner? Because SMG might be fun but I'm willing to bet it will be short lived fun, and then the Wii will sit on the shelf collecting dust for another 6 months.
More like 2 months, then my Wii will never collect dust again. :D At least not for a very long time.
I would be too sad about not being able to play SMG. Not that Ratchet is bad, I love the series, but SMG looks like it's leagues above any of the Ratchet games.
