I've only tried two, mhfu and to but they are more vibrant on vita and the larger screen helps my eyes be less strained.

Well the screen protector for the vita comes in a set of two so i suppose you can use one for the back. it will be a little wider than the rear touchscreen though and cover the back sony logo so you can cut it if you like

The memory card size will definitely depend on how many games you would like to have as downloadable vs the physical card. If you plan on getting a 16 anyway though, you might as well start with it like the previous poster mentioned. I also agree with giving the demos a try as most games have one. Also make sure you familiarize yourself with the games before purchase so there are no bad surprises like a mode you wanted that doesn't exist.

You do have to hold down R to sprint but try to avoid using it all the time as it really lowers the remaining energy the player has in a hurry.
