As much as I hate to say having as much developers as possible is one of the most important things for a consoles success, not a legacy. Just about every console that's failed or won has had less, more of those things. Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, Atari Jaguar, 3DO, philips cdi, just to name afew.

If a another console is producing more than 100% more games you have a problem.
