[QUOTE="thetombradyhate"]The redskins are not ovverated, as axel said they have one of the best if not the best coaching staffs in the league. IMO they are slightly better then the Giants and will mostly likely get a wild card into the playoffsWario_and_Fox
No, like I said, my Super Bowl XLI predicted matchup is Bengals and Redskins

  are you a redskins fan?

slightly better than the Giants   the redskins are a little better while the Giants got a lot better in the offseason Lavar Arringtonhim in recent years is way  better than what the Giants had in the fist week of the playoffs against the Panthers Tiki Barber is one of the best runningbacks  in the league Shokey is a great tightend Burres is preety good and Tommer is okay Sinorice Moss is a good deep threat and a good third option and Osi Umenyora and Micheal Strahan are beasts and the linebacking core can be okay when healthy and they improved their seconadry too the Redskins add an offensive cordinator and they get all the national hype coaching doesn't always make teans succesful on Espn they never even talk about the Giants even being a playoff contender they should be atleast talked about a little bit since they won the divsion last year and whoever thinks the Redskins will make the suoerbowl is crazy even if they win the division they would get blown out by the Seahawks or the Panthers

they played well last year but this year Mark Brunell is a year older and I think Antawon Randel El is overated last year their new ofensive cordinator had a team that was in the tops in the NFL on scoring that doesn't mean he can turn the Redskins into that he had Trent Green Tony Gonzalez somewhat solid recivers Larry Johnson and a great o-line. Santan Moss is one of the better recivers in the league and  chris cooley is great last year and thats all they have. I think th Redskins are way overated and that the Giants,Cowboys and maybe even the Eagles are better than them

AFC East

1. yDolphins 10-6 will struglle if Culpepper doesn't start the season which might not happen but will bounce backwhen they get him

2. Patriots 9-7 will miss the playoffs lost so many people and the AFC is too tough to make it at 9-7 for a wild card

3. Jets 5-11 Pennington will struggle and they will give Kellen Clemens a shot at the end of the season

4 Bills 4-12 bad at offense and now bad at defense Willis Mcgahee will be the only bright spot on this team

AFC North

1. Steelersy 12-4 Big Ben looks like he is going to start the season balanced team

2 Bengalsx11-5 Carson Palmer likely won't start the season but when he comes back he will lead him to the playoffs maybe even farther

3 Ravens 8-8 Steve Mcnair will be a big boost since they have a solid wide out in Derek Mason and a solid tight end in Todd Heap and with their defense they will fight for a playoff spot but being in the AFC North wil keep them from getting to over 500

4 Browns- 6-10 it will be another year before Charlie Frye develops into a solid qb even with the young talent he has around him

AFC South

1 Jaguars- y12-4 Byron Leftwich will develop into a great qb this yearand with a tough defense they willl be a tough out in the playoffs

2 Colts x  11-5 with a tougher division and the lost of Edge they will strugle a little bit but will get hot and make the playoffs

3 Texans 6-10 will improve a lot but will lose a lot of games because of their defesne

4 1-15 will try to win with Billy Volek and will be one of the worst teams ever

AFC West

1 Chiefs 13-3 Trent Green is a pro bowl caliber qb and Larry Johnson will win the MVP this year

2. Broncos 10-6  will barely miss the playoffs

3. Chargers 8-8 will start badly early thanks to Phillip Rivers inexperience and improve as the season goes on

4 Raiders 2-14 bad in a lot of ways

NFC East

1. Giants- y11-5 Probowl Caliber player at most of their positions and Eli Manning will develop into a suerstar qb

2  Cowboys x 10-6 T.O. will impove them and Julious Jones will improve

3. Redskins 8-8 Mark Brunell is too old to get it done and if he gets injured Jason Cambell hasn't started yet and he is his backup

4. Eagles 6-10 the division is too tough for them to compete for a playoff spot

NFC South

1. Panthers 12-4 my super bowl pick now with Keyshawn Johnson they have a solid wide put along with Steve Smith and Jake Delhome will play at a pro bowl level

2. Bucs x10-6 Cadilac Williams,Chris Simms and Micheal Clayton will improve and Joey Gatheway will play at a probowl level again this year  and there defense will be tough again this year

3 Falcons 9-7 big game loses in their division to the Panthers and Bucs will make them miss the playoffs

4 Saints 7-9 Reggie Bush and Deuce Mcalister will play great but they will struggle in their division

NFC North

1 Bears 9-7 will dominate in the division will struggle out of it

2 Packers 7-9 two players can't make a defense good

3 Vikings 7-9 will be okay but willl just miss 500

4 Lions 4-12 just plain bad

NFC West

1. Seahawks 12-4 Shaun Alexander won't be as good with out Steve Huchtinson but good enough to lead the Seahawks to a division win

2 Rams 9-7 if Marc Bulger is healthy they might make the palyoffs

3 Cardinals 7-9  Kurt Warner is too old to get it done

4. 49ers 4-12 Alex Smith will show little progress this year

Giants are almost better than the Cowboys in every way (except wide outs) the only reason they get so much publicity is because T.O. and Bill Parcells are there

the giants dont have a monster at safety haha, but yes i see where your going they got a better runing game, QB, d-line, but i dont see strayham having 10 plus sacks this year......anyways my pick is the panthers i think there the team to beat in the NFC and maybe the whole NFL, picking up Keyshawn was a great move for them, their defense is solid the only concern i have is running game staying healthy but they drafted deangelo williams and he was rated the number 1 running back by most ppl. Jake Delhomme will throw 30 tds this year.

Gibril Wilson is a lot better than advertised and Will Demps is pretty good too but your right they are not a monster like roy williams

Obviously, I am going for the Colts again.  I hope Dominick Rhodes and Joseph Addai Can fill Edge's shoes at least most of the way.  The Colts are running out of years to do it.  It is now or never (of course I have been saying that for the past three seasons).timbfox

every year the media picks the Colts go all the way so I think they will find a way to choke my pick is the Giants or the Chiefs
